How to pursue a career in game console development?


Would earning an Information Technology major and a minor in something else help? Or would I need to do down a completely different path? Any advice or information is helpful.

    If by development you mean design, then you will want to go down a path offering courses in user interface design, analysis, etc. In that case, Information Technology is probably your major. If by development, you mean programming, then you should probably major in computer science with courses that will give you more programming knowledge. I.T. usually requires much less programming course work. Most importantly, find a good, relative internship!
