Part 1 of 2 (part 2 coming 7/25). Classic Game Room HD reviews the Hyperkin RETRON 3 video game console that plays Super Nintendo SNES, Nintendo 8-bit NES and 16-bit Sega Genesis video games. It even has S-Video (which works for Genesis and SNES) as well as standard composite video. The Retron3 comes with 2 wireless controllers which are acceptable for NES games but have poor Genesis button mapping. More importantly though, the Retron 3 allows you to play with your original controllers for Genesis, NES and SNES!! Now, that’s a feature!! This CGR review of the Hyperkin Retron 3 shows gameplay from several video games including Gaiares on Genesis, Ultraman on SNES and Zanac on Nintendo Entertainment System NES. This video shows the s-video quality of the Hyperkin Retron3 compared to a modified Sega Genesis Model 1 and demonstrates the audio quality. Video quality is very impressive and audio is not bad, although it lacks some of the dynamics that the original Genesis produces. Overall performance was awesome and CGR thinks that this console should not be overlooked when shopping for replacement old school systems. Flexibility, quality and original controller compatibility make the Retron 3 a bombastic classic video game console.

Classic Game Room HD reviews 3D DOT GAME HEROES for Playstation 3 PS3 published by Atlus. This parody of Zelda is absolutely hilarious and is as well made as it is clever. Solid production value pulls the viewer (player) into Dotnia and surrounds them with awesome sound design and a visual style worth staring at for hours on end. This game resembles the amazing Nintendo classic, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past and pays tribute to the 2D classic with it’s creative story and similar puzzles. Explore caves, castles and dungeons. Earn apples (hearts) to get more health and solve some side quests along the way. If you’ve played a Zelda game you should check this one out for a fun adventure loaded with laughs. To top it all of the designers give players the option to play as a ninja, Santa Claus or even a tank. Create your own Dot-style character with their character creation tools. Rad! This CGR review of 3D Dot Game Heroes has gameplay from 3D Dot Game Heroes on PS3 showing Playstation 3 3-D Dot Game Heroes in action.

My review for DBZ’s first outing on the current generation of consoles, bursting to its limits with my thoughts and opinions.
Please note that I accidentally got the “Transformation” and “Aura Spark” buttons mixed up. They are actually the other way around in the game.
Enjoy, and feel free to comment

Classic Game Room HD reviews TOURNAMENT OF LEGENDS for Nintendo Wii from High Voltage and Sega. This unique fighting game from High Voltage is published by Sega for Nintendo Wii. It can be played with the classic controller (Classic Controller Pro used for this review) or the standard Wiimote and nunchuk for motion controls. Numerous fighters await you in a different style of fighting game that stands out from the standard fare. Tournament of Legends is not dependant on special moves and button combos, rather it relies on tactical positioning and unleashing huge magic spells after landing hits on your enemy. A fun game that is a shock to the system because of its uniqueness, give it more than a few minutes when you play it. The control scheme is different and requires some practice, but once mastered you’ll probably enjoy your Tournement of Legends! This CGR review of Tournament of Legends has gameplay from Tournament of Legends on Nintendo Wii showing Tournament of Legends game play in HD.

JUST PLAY THIS GAME !!! Love it or Hate it, MW2 is a great game. XBOX IS THE BETTER BUY BETWEEN THE TWO SYSTEMS !!! Most of the problems from the first have been iron out. Most of the great things have been improved beyond imagination.
*Note* When I filmed the video, PS3’s MW2 was on version 1.2, but as of this video going up, it’s currently at 1.3. Lastly, I don’t have every perk, so I couldn’t provide info on them (sorry).
Good
———–
-story was great, movie caliber
-offers several modes
-problems/weapons/perks from have been greatly fixed and improved
-enough goals to keep people playing online for a LONG time
-online is more organized than before
-an attempt at 3rd person shooting (LOL FAIL !!!)
Bad
———-
-story was TOO short
-PS3’s network wasn’t prepared for launch like 360
-game is still NOOB friendly
-an attempt at 3rd person shooting (LOL FAIL !!!)

Saw The Video Game Gameplay (PC HD)
Saw (also known as Saw: The Video Game) is a third person survival horror video game with action elements. It was developed by Zombie Studios and was published by Konami. The game launched on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles, with a downloadable version being made for the Microsoft Windows platform. It is an adaption of the Saw film series, and was released on October 6, 2009 in North America[5][6][7], November 20 in Europe[2], and October 6 in Australia.[2] The Microsoft Windows version will be released on October 31, a few weeks following the initial release for consoles. Saw was released around the same time as Saw VI, although they have entirely separate story lines.[8] The development team also brought in James Wan and Leigh Whannell, the creators of the first Saw film, to write a new storyline and design new traps for the game.[9]
In Saw, The Jigsaw Killer has healed Detective David Tapp from his gunshot wound, and places him in an abandoned asylum to teach him a lesson of life appreciation. Obsessed, Tapp traverses the building gathering clues along the way in hopes of finally apprehending Jigsaw. He encounters both friends and foes as he comes closer to escaping the asylum and its inhabitants who have instructions contrary to his survival. Along the way, Tapp uncovers the origins of Jigsaw and his motives behind his tests, as well as learning the fates of those from the first Saw film.[4]
The game was originally being published by Brash Entertainment, who later ceased all operations due to financial troubles. This allowed Konami to pick up the publishing rights for the game only a few weeks later. The game, under control of Konami, was redesigned to be a spiritual successor to Konami’s other survival horror franchise, Silent Hill. The game had not been drastically changed due to the change of publisher, but Konami had contributed significant input into the development stages of the project. Konami plans to make Saw its next big survival horror franchise, although no plans for a sequel have been discussed.[10]
Saw is primarily a third-person survival horror game with action elements. The player controls David Tapp, a former detective trapped in the Jigsaw Killer’s asylum filled with traps. The primary goal of the game is to traverse the asylum and solve traps in order to escape alive. Tapp has several abilities in the game to fulfill his objectives such as searching things like toilets or dead bodies to find things like weapons, health, or clues.[11] There are also various things hidden around the asylum that can be found to provide background on why Tapp is there and other information on Jigsaw and others. Many of these come in the form of “Jigsaw Notes” left behind or cassette tapes found laying around.[11]
