Classic Game Room HD – LUX-PAIN for Nintendo DS review

2 Classic Game Room HD LUX PAIN for Nintendo DS reviewWatch in High Definition! Classic Game Room HD reviews LUX-PAIN for the Nintendo DS handheld game system. This Japanese style mystery, crime game takes place in Kisaragi city. You play as Atsuki Saijo whose parents were killed by The Silent. Now, with psychic abilities and Lux Pain you hunt down the Silent and search for the Original. Sound confusing? It’s like Ghostbusters 2 but with a bunch of 17 year old Japanese kids and more violence. This Lux Pain review has gameplay footage from Lux Pain showing the game play with HD footage. Excellent artwork and graphic style enhance this unique but slow paced game where you unravel a mysterious plot and talk with lots of people to rid Kisaragi City of evil. Fans of Japanese crime manga and anime should find this game interesting while those craving more action packed games should look elsewhere (METAL SLUG 7!). Lux-Pain is published by Ignition and features hours of gameplay where you interact with fellow students in school, talk with people in town and investigate crime scenes. Scratch away the surface and uncover shinen beneath which are residual psychic feelings or something like that. Lux-Pain on Nintendo DS as reviewed by CGRHD who reviews Nintendo DS games as a Nintendo DS reviewer. LUX-PAIN The Silent Must Die! Yar!

    Definitely not for …
Definitely not for everyone. I finished the game the other night and I was sad that it had ended. I guess there’s multiple endings so I’m gonna go back and play it again, especially since I wasn’t happy with the ending I got. The game is also really long so this is gonna take a while. I wish there was a strategy guide to the game so I can get help finding the other endings.

lol… i heard that this game had adequate sales in Japan… so does this mean that the Japanese are the only ones that are smart? ;) but seriously, i heard that the American publisher sent a bag of dried, seasoned worms (no kidding, google this) to the review places… O.o

did anyone also how many just kinda “wait, what?” moments there are in this game?

Like, at one point if you go talk to Yuzi at the net cafe, he asks you if you like girls or guys. if you say guys, he freaks out, but his silhouette on the top screen flashes bright yellow.

So is the translation that bad? I love the Phoenix Wright and Snatcher type games and the translation for Phoenix Wright 3 was said to be bad, but it seemed perfectly fine to me. So I’m just curious about this games translation because I think I would enjoy it.

nope, because americans…no, almost everyone is too dumb to accept good games like these. they want games who fit their IQ, and these are, no brainer action games :)

  25. nintendofan7824 Says:

    Nintendo Power also …
Nintendo Power also gave it a pretty low score…said it would make an intriguging anime, but not a game…
why do Americans look for action in games? can’t they just accept a good story? (not that i have anything against action) my parents always complain when they see movies like scary movie that it has no plotline and its just blood, sex, and swearing. i partially agree with them.
